1. 100% Client-Side Architecture & Zero File Logging
VicanTool is built on a non-negotiable Privacy-First Client Engine. All PDF manipulations, image conversions, encryption processes, text operations, and file transformations execute strictly inside your local browser instance via HTML5 APIs, JavaScript, and compiled WebAssembly binaries.
Your uploaded files never leave your device. They are never transmitted over the internet to cloud servers, never indexed in remote databases, and never accessible by Vican Code Pvt. Ltd. or any third party.
2. Account & Subscription Data
When you register for a VicanTool Pro Subscription ($5.00/month or $50.00/year), we collect basic account credentials:
- Your full name and email address for authentication.
- Encrypted billing tokens processed securely via payment gateways (e.g. Stripe/Razorpay). We never store raw payment card numbers.
- Subscription status flags to grant access to Pro suite features.
3. Cookies & Local Analytics
We use minimal essential LocalStorage tokens to remember your login session and light/dark theme preference. We do not use third-party invasive tracking or cross-site profiling cookies.
